I bought this chair for my classroom. I am very pleased with the look and comfort. It was simple for my husband to assemble. I already recommended this chair to another teacher!
Not as comfortable as the 10+ year old Staples value office chair. The only thing wrong with the old chair is the fake leather covering has worn out otherwise it is still a good chair. The cushions on the new chair are not quite as comfortable they are quite a bit harder. But the biggest issue is it will not travel low enough thereby causing pressure on the back of your legs. Not a deal breaker but if I had realize it before I got it home and assembled it I would have selected a different chair.
Purchased on sale a week ago and seems to be nice sturdy and comfortable thus far. I sit more or less 8+ hours a day at my desk and even at 26yo I certainly have noticed the decrease in aches and pains compared to my previous cheap cloth chair with minimal cushion. I am 6’3 and the tall back still allows for a little head support when leaning back. Wheels roll fine and the adjustments seem to hold well so far. Only drawbacks so far would be the minimal lean adjustment/hold for changing your upright position throughout the day and the lack of adjustments in general. However this is to be expected at the price point. Note: be sure to follow the “pro tip” of loosely bolting together before tightening or else you’ll have a hard time keeping the bottom of the backrest square. *Think tightening lugs on a tire*
