I bought the tan chair a couple of days ago and returned it the next day. Assembly was easy but the chair was a different color than the one on display in the store. Unlike the black one (bought a few days before) the tan chair wasn't lopsided. However it leaned too far back and didn't respond to adjusting it with the lever. This made the seat too deep for me. According to the description the seat cushion is 17.25" but I measured it at close to 19". This chair squeaked terribly.. as did the black one.. and it's not attributable to weight since I'm a small woman.. 5'4" 115 lbs. The seat cushion was uneven in that the midsection didn't have enough foam to prevent wrinkling and a sinking effect. The same applies to the lumbar section of the back cushion. There's no foam in that overlay. And I can confirm that the covers for the screw holes do not fit. Some work some do not. After fitting they'd fall off on the floor. This applied to both black and tan chairs. Not recommended!
