Wonderful personnel and floor model but the product I brought home was not up to par.

I do most of my shopping online due to my disability but the hardware in my spine makes chair shopping impossible to do that way. A slight difference in design can mean the difference between my being able to sit for a couple of hours or only a couple of minutes. I went into the store with a list of the models I had narrowed it down to online to physically try them out. The store personnel were great and very helpful. I thought the Lazy-boy Arcadian or Sealy would be the best simply from their brand recognition but neither passed my testing. I don't believe the Rutherford was even on my list but I happened to sit in the floor model to check my list on my iPad and it felt like it was designed especially for me it didn't trigger my problem spots right off the bat like some of the others. When I saw the price that was all I needed to see so I bought it. When I got it home and opened the box however I noticed several places on one of the arms and the seat that looked like something had been spilled on it. I tried different cleaners but nothing seems to work in it. If I weren't disabled and leaving home such a hassle I would have returned it but it does hurt a lot less then my other office chair so I have just dealt with it.
