Moderate comfort....nothing to write home about....barely acceptable. From what there is to choose, I guess one can call it OK for the price...but certainly not a great value! Compared to chairs and prices of 5-7 years ago....kinda disappointing!

Most comfortable chair in the store and it's reasonably priced when it's on sale. Bought one for my husband and I. Best Christmas gift ever as it's used daily. Cushion and back support is great if one has to sit any length of time. Every office needs a chair like this one.

Okay until it broke

I bought this chair about 6 months ago, expecting it use it as my office chair for the foreseeable future. It was decent for a while, although it didn’t have the best form for posture and could get hot with the leather. It was a solid chair, but last week a piece holding the left arm snapped and the entire back has fallen apart as a result. I would expect a chair to hold up for much longer than 6 months for $200. It is no more than a stool at this point.

The chair was fine, comfortable enough to sit in all day. But within six months of purchase, the metal piece holding the arms to the seat broke, which caused the whole chair to fall apart within another two weeks. A waste of money for a chair that doesn't last 6 months!

I'm 6' 200 lbs. Not a good chair for that size, despite it's weight rating. The seat's too small and the seat padding is virtually non existent; the back's not tall enough; and it's flimsy. Probably I'll be putting it out by the curb because it's awful. So if you want a free chair come on by.
