Incredibly slow to have chair assembled. I was told it would take 1/2 hour. After 2 1/2 hrs the chair was finally assembled but defective. I went home asked them to call me when a new chair was finished and I would come get it the next day which I did. The new chair was fine and comfortable. Staples have a more realistic time frame about when an item would be assembled!
