This chair feels very good. The best one I have ever owned that supports my neck area. The only bad thing about it is that it does make weird squeaking noises like others have mentioned

Good can tell it’s ok manufacturing...pad on arms are stitched Linda whacky and the caps to cover the screws are cheap two broke while I was putting them in?...but overall you get what you pay for.

My daughter loves her new chair. It has a comfortable large seat that allows her to cross her legs while her cat nestles in her lap. She also likes all the adjustments though she is still trying to fine tune the stiffness to keep it from rocking to far back. Also the plastic bolt covers don't confirm to the curvature of the hole so that the bottom of the covers protrude from the sides of the chair. You could use a soft mallet to try to make them sink all the way in but that tends to damage the covers top half.
