Chair arrived (was delivered) one day later than expected which was no problem I found it impossible to assemble the chair completely based upon the instruction book which was not sufficiently. I took the chair back to staples and had them assemble it there and then picked it up again. When assembled it seems not as comfortable as the sample did in the store but it is certainly adequate for the price. paid

As I walked from the area that had the mats for under the chairs I had to pass through the office chairs. This one caught my eye. I liked the high back for the neck support it provided. My old chair was very comfortable (also a Staples purchase from years ago) but this had some features that drew me to it. So far it has proven to be very comfortable.
