My butt and lower back are supported in this chair. The price is reasonable and the product is very well made. I was sitting on other chairs that were not as supportive and I was hurting a great deal. In this chair I have sat in it for 9 hours and don't hurt afterwards.

This chair feels like it’s falling apart already. I’ve been having trouble with the air cylinder that controls the height of the chair. It will not hold the chair at the desired height for more than an hour or so. It just sinks down lower and gets too low for me to sit at my desk. Pretty disappointed.
