The associate who helped me was from the technical services department. He was very knowledgeable about the products located the chair I needed rang it up and loaded it for me. Not as comfortable as the 10+ year old Staples value office chair. The only thing wrong with the old chair is the fake leather covering has worn out otherwise it is still a good chair. The cushions on the new chair are not quite as comfortable they are quite a bit harder. But the biggest issue is it will not travel low enough thereby causing pressure on the back of your legs. Not a deal breaker but if I had realize it before I got it home and assembled it I would have selected a different chair.

Love the height of the back side of the chair and the material the chair is made out of but padding distribution is uncomfortable and the chair itself is wobbly (tried it on different surfaces).
