This is an average chair build for 2-3 hours work a day. If you sit in this for longer periods you'll end up in back pain and is not at all comfortable. The back tilt is not good so you can't lean back
The lower back cushion sags after sitting on chair for just a minute or more. I pointed this to the sales associate at the store before buying it but we assumed it might have been the display unit that was that way. Turns out that it's a problem with it because the chair looks old after using it every time.
This was a bit more of a pain to put together and could be better constructed. (Stuffing emerging from seams) But given the circumstances and just needing to quickly adjust to work at home life it will work fine and is quite comfortable for my 140 lb body. Couldn't imagine the seat cushion holding up to much more weight or for extended time.
Quick to assemble looks nice and fairly comfortable. It has a little bit of flex/wobble - not a lot but if you've sat in a better chair it is noticeable. I started temporarily working from home and needed something better than the wooden chair I had. I've been sitting in it for 10-12 hours a day and think for the price it's a decent chair. If I thought I would be working from home for more than a few months I would have invested in a better chair.
Everything I needed to assemble the chair was included. The directions were just pictures with few words and it took a minute to figure it out but I assembled it quickly. It's very comfortable for me. Great lumbar support and head rest.
