I love the chair it's really soft confy and gives support where it should I bought this one after trying a gaming chair but that one just can't compete. I love the back of the chair it gives soft pressure on my lower back and the back of my neck sits perfectly in the rounded shape of the high back. I'm a 6 feet tall almost 200 pounds man. I encourage you to go to the physical store and sit on every chair before committing to one as everyone is different and have specific needs. BTW the one in the store was confy but the new one I got was LOT more I guess a lot of people sat on the one in the store already :)
