It's a cozy comfortable office chair but had troublesome screws.

I'm no novice to putting furnitures together but in 3 different locations the screws just won't go completely in. they get jammed midway and hardly hold the armrest or back upright. I had to find ways to make the whole thing come together with these loose screws without having to return the whole box back. Something that could've taken a solid 20 mins took an hour. It's a very comfortable chair I'm using it on a daily basis and I love its classy cozy look. Drawback is in putting it together and in having a moderately loose arm rest.

I checked 3 other places before going to STAPLES where they had exactly what I was looking for at even a lower price than I was expecting.
