It was very easy to put together I’m not sure why the other reviews said that. It is comfortable and it was curbside pickup available in an hour. We use it a lot since we are quarantining at home!

Arrived quickly and took about 15 minutes to assemble. When installing the hand rails and back it was easy once I had another person assist. The instructions were easy parts labeled well and installed using supplied Allen wrench. Hand rails helped relieve pressure when typing and good lumbar support. Works well for at home office.

Its pretty junky 2 of the screws wouldn't tighten all the way down for the bracket that goes on the underside of the chair. Im going to try to return it

I like the new chair. It has a different feel than my previous Staples LEWSTON MANAGER CHAIR.......which had rollers that peeled and left black specs on the floor and armrests that cracked.
