One of the holes wasn’t made big enough for the screw for the handle. We had to take a power drill to make the hole bigger to be able to completely assemble it. Other than that it’s a great and Comfortable chair.

This is a great value at $99.00. I bought the black color and it looks modern and sleek. Just the view I wanted for all those zoom calls. It's deep and I'm only 5'2" so I use a detachable lumbar support with it to sit up straight. Most won't need that.
