The chair is very comfy easy to relax lean back and get some reading done. Arm support is comfy soft material. Chair lowers to a perfect low height and no outrageous low riding.

Have been using for less than 2 months for around 10 hrs/day. I weigh 175 lbs and the padding in the armrests has completely collapsed so forearms now rest on metal. Also the seat mechanism now groans whenever I shift in the chair. Would not recommend this product except as a decoration for your office. Note the 14 day return/exchange policy.

I tried chairs more expensive even gaming chairs but this was better . The only drawback is the are Arm rests are stationary but not a deal breaker in the long run for under 100.00 I use for my home office since can’t go to the office . It’s very comfortable for office relaxing watching tv while multitasking.
