I have purchased three (3) chairs from you and they have all had issues with the quality the most current chair in this order has an arm rest that the padding has disappeared. The covers of the screw holes keep falling out. It is terrible in quality. Will not be buying another of these chairs. I have only used it since March 25 2020. Thank you for listening.

I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks and I use it 8+ hours a day it’s very comfortable! It was easy to put together with no dents no scrapes no broken parts!!! The cushion is not flat and doesn’t have that falling forward feeling! My only gripe is that it doesn’t tilt back that much but I’m cool with that! The back support is great for me and the way it supports my neck when I sit back! It took me a long time to decide on this chair because of the negative reviews! I look to the negative reviews to see where the gauge is but I’m glad I brought this chair! I often find myself just sitting in the chair more than my couch lol!
