So I decided with our district going to a hybrid cyber model we needed desk chairs that the girls could sit in all day while in class. The chair was perfect for them. I bought 2 - one gray one black. Something that isn't too huge but comfortable for them to sit and watch classes all day. I have been using it at night and it has been comfortable for me as well.

Purchased a chair paid to have the chair put together by Staples. When I received the chair it and got it home I discovered it was torn at the stitching. Called the store told I need to contact the protection service I paid for to resolve my concern. Filed a claim with them told it was denied and they sent me back to the store. Very frustrated with how this has been handled especially when they sold the protection now no one want to take ownership.
