In a pinch it is an okay chair. I'm not a large person but 2 days in and it's leaning to one side. Needs more adjustments for the seat bottom you feel like you're sliding off. It looks nice sitting in your office you just don't feel nice after sitting in it for more than about 10 minutes.

I purchased this Staples Rutherford manager's chair as I needed a replacement for my home office. This one was easy to assemble great instructions and included tool needed to put together. It's very comfortable to sit in has adjustments to allow for easy comfort. Very happy with it.
