This chair is very comfortable. My only disappointment is that the arms are too high to fit under the keyboard tray of my desk. Therefore I'm not able to move as close to the desk as I'd like. That is something I never thought about -- it wasn't a problem with my old (less comfortable) chair. I am managing; the positioning is just a little awkward. If I ever need to buy another desk chair (which I doubt) that is something I'll pay attention to.

worst experience I've ever had putting a chair together and it's still not totally right and the salesman said it would be a piece of cake! Take my advice pay the extra $15 and have the store put it together for you.
