Since I have been working from home so much I was having back pain and I realized my chair did not really fit me well. I was able to try out this chair several times in the store and compare with several others. It had the features I wanted and the depth of the seat was good for me (I'm 5'5"). I also liked the amount of cushion. My husband put it together and as has been noted in some of the other reviews a couple of the screws were a bit of a challenge to get in but it wasn't too bad. I have been very happy with this chair and my back feels much better

takes 2 people to assemble it so long delay before someone came to help. There is some packing from inside the chair that sticks out from the top- not good. But otherwise I am happy.

Nice chair for the price. Took 30-45 minutes to assemble due to the holes in the back of the chair didn't line up correctly. Need 2nd person to help hold the back.

I love my chair! This was so easy I ordered it online went and picked it up. The first one had a manufacturer error but I called Staples explained the situation because I picked it up they had me come back and replaced it without a word. 5-Star Customer Service wish I had that young man's name. The second one is WONDERFUL! Love the lumber back I'm a little short so I wear a slipper with a slight bottom to ensure that my feet connect with the floor and sit for hours at a time. This is so much better than the fancy chair we had before which really wasn't designed for sitting in long periods of time. I like that I have choices to either lean back or sit forward nonetheless I'm comfortable.
