I bought this chair about 8 months ago. The chair is comfortable and I do like the high back. I lean back in my chair a lot and I started noticing that the back was slanting a little bit then about a week later I noticed that the back left side was really slanting when I leaned back. the metal brace for the arm that is connected to the seat broke. So now there is no leaning back in the chair. I tried looking for replacement parts and no luck. If the company happens to read this and would contact me. I am more than willing to pay for the part - I would just like to get it fixed.

Assembly directions are terrible. Also difficulty to assemble very unhappy

I just bought this Rutherford faux leather chair at the Staples store. Great chair pretty comfy very satisfied with it. They make the assembly process very easy. The directions are clear. The parts are well labeled and organized -- and placed in very easy-to-open pouches. It would be so nice if other products were this straightforward to assemble. Assembly takes about 20-30 min. Good job folks.
