My wife assembled most of the chair herself in about 20 minutes. It takes 2 people to put the back on. Used it during the Super Bowl. It was very instrumental in the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl!!!

Purchased a chair paid to have the chair put together by Staples. When I received the chair it and got it home I discovered it was torn at the stitching. Called the store told I need to contact the protection service I paid for to resolve my concern. Filed a claim with them told it was denied and they sent me back to the store. Very frustrated with how this has been handled especially when they sold the protection now no one want to take ownership.

Chair was delivered in a timely manner not hard to put together comfortable but when I tilt the seat back I am not able to lock it in place. Is it supposed to just tilt when pushing back or can it be locked in a different position? Not sure but overall for the price I am satisfied with the purchase.

Getting this thing together was a chore and once it was put together it is very obvious that the chair sits crooked!! It's not user error because I just put the crews where they belonged but after seeing the assembled chair maybe it was hard to put together because the holes were not aligned properly. In addition the chair is very uncomfortable. Any man over 150 pounds will find this chair way to skinny to sit in comfortably The arch support is extreme to the point that it hurts my back instead of helping it. Returning this chair and buying a quality chair. Yes it will cost more but will be worth it in the long run.
