even though the chair is very nice looking and easy to put together. The structure quality is not that good. Just sitting in the chair is comfortable but when you lean back it feels like its going to just break apart.

2 1/2 stairs for the chair...and ZERO stars for the return policy. 14 days? Seriously? Not a big fan of this chair or Staples. The foam in back rest gets very hot when sitting in it for even short periods of time so that is very uncomfortable. The chair is also quite high even on the lowest setting. Based on that and that the arms actually seem higher at the front than the back of the chair it is too high to under any desk that has a drawer or keyboard pullout so you end up sitting way back from the desk. Lowest seat height is 18.5" and the arms are just over 26" high when chair is lowered completely. Poor design and not close to being worth the Franklin that I paid for it for on sale.

Chair is probably fine if you're quite a bit smaller than I am. However beyond that the backrest isn't great and the adjustment does not do a whole lot either.
