Once assembled this chair is very comfortable. My only difficulty in assembly came when attaching the seatback to the seat/wheel base. IMO the bolts should be a bit longer or the aperture into which the bolts are placed should extend a bit further from the seatback to accommodate the the bolt insertion and avoid the seat covering from obstructing the bolt aperture. All in all I'm very satisfied with the chair.

Really is comfortable and seems to perform well. Lumbar support is important to me and this one provides pretty good support. Only two things I'd do to improve this chair is to make the lumbar support adjustable and allow the seat to adjust lower in height.

This chair is great! It is so comfortable and soft. This chair makes it easy to sit for long periods of time to complete my work. The assembly was quite easy only took 30mins. I would definitely recommend it.
