Since I have been working from home so much I was having back pain and I realized my chair did not really fit me well. I was able to try out this chair several times in the store and compare with several others. It had the features I wanted and the depth of the seat was good for me (I'm 5'5"). I also liked the amount of cushion. My husband put it together and as has been noted in some of the other reviews a couple of the screws were a bit of a challenge to get in but it wasn't too bad. I have been very happy with this chair and my back feels much better

Uncomfortable and flattens as soon as three days later and does not hold shape. I'm not even heavy I'm 120lns in my 30s and this chair is already flat on the seat area.

As I walked from the area that had the mats for under the chairs I had to pass through the office chairs. This one caught my eye. I liked the high back for the neck support it provided. My old chair was very comfortable (also a Staples purchase from years ago) but this had some features that drew me to it. So far it has proven to be very comfortable.
