The only reason for the four instead of five stars is because assembly instructions could have been better with corresponding number labels on the chair. Second the foam in the arm rests is not very dense...but this is all picky for a great chair at a great price delivered quickly with heavy packaging...I can't imagine a better chair for the price with free shipping.
