Buying this "waiting room" chair was a risk because I didn't know if it would work as a dining room chair. I sit near a heat register and my old chair legs would constantly hang up in the vent. After assembly we removed the plastic "feet" and the sliders work perfectly on the carpet plus they slide right over the vent like it wasn't there. The chair is a great fit for my situation.

The chair is great! We needed a chair my 92 year old mom would feel safe sitting at the dinning table. It is strudy and the arms make her feel safe. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be but we are happy with it.

Very sturdy with firm but comfortable support! Good lumbar support. I wish backrest is taller to support neck as well like in swiveling office chairs but overall it's great already. Staples delivery is top-notch! Got it by 7:35am the next morning even before I woke up (well I overslept that day)!

This chair is better for me than chairs on wheels as it does not tilt forward and keeps my posture better . Which I needed for longer periods of sitting. Roomy seat too! It doesn’t glide in carpet too well but on a vinyl floor mat protector which I have glides with ease.
