Don't get me wrong this chair is comfortable. Unfortunately the first one I received the seat was warped. Staples quickly sent me another one which was great. But now with the new one it seems like the screws need to be tightened every week or so. I'm suprised there's no locking washers along with the bolts...

I spent a lot of time searching for a four legged comfortable and inexpensive chair. Staples turned out to be the only business that had what I was looking for. I chose Staples to assemble it as well. The chair is exceptionally sturdy and very comfortable. Staples delivered it very quickly. The assembly process was rapid and the assembler very courteous and competent. Everything happened right on schedule. Phone customer service was most excellent.
