The cushions are soft and thick making it very comfortable. The design is perfect with the sliding bottom instead of the wheels most chairs have. Have had other chairs with rolling wheels where the wheels kept breaking off don't have to worry about that with this chair.

Its a solid stable chair I don't foresee mechanical issues as it doesn't have any moving parts. There are some design changes I would suggest: The screws that hold the arm cushion on can be felt through the arm cushion. The angling of the back could have better lumbar support. This chair really does not want to move when on carpet (put furniture sliders under the feet to fix) add some notation to that on the marketing as there is a market for chairs that are immobilized.
