If you need lumbar support keep looking. Ordered a back cushion to help but it pushes me out of the seat. The seat is very hard so if you have lumbar issues this is NOT the chair you want.

I simply love this chair. It has support just where I need it it's nice looking and it's easy to use the height adjuster. I give it a 5 but I'd give it a 5.5 if the arm rests were padded. Definitely would recommend!
