The chair overall is comfortable. The seat is a bit hard which is why we are giving it a four star.

I am pleasantly surprised how comfortable this chair is based on price. It was less than $100 right in my budget and works great for my work from home space.

It doesn't have back control uncomfortable if sitting in it for over 2 hours cylinder pressure drops.

It's comfortable for my 6'4" frame and it raises and lowers flawlessly. Plus the $15 3-year 100% warranty make it a safe investment too.
