This is for a one hour task. Nothing more. There is no lumber support and the hands are not adjustable.

This chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I’m pleased with the quality for this price. I’ve been sitting in it 8 hours/day for about a week now and am very satisfied. I would recommend.
