This is your A-typical inexpensive office chair. It does not recline and the arms do not raise. The seat cushion is ok for a short sit but definitely not an all day chair.

I ordered this chair for my wife who was working from home during the lockdown. After she went back to work I changed from my old chair to this chair thinking the new chair would offer more support. within few days of starting to use the chair i started having severe back pain. I thought it was due to sleeping in a bad posture or pulling a muscle. After a few more days I decided to move back to my old chair and immediately felt my back pain starting to reduce. would not recommend this if you have to sit on it for more than an hour at a time.
