Satisfied with the chair; great price. Went to two Staple Stores (Columbia Ellicott City MD). Purchased in Ellicott City. At both stores the Sales Reps were very helpful. Would recommend. Helena Seidel

VERY comfortable & easy to adjust as needed. Casters were a bit tricky to get on & lock in place. Caled the customer service # provided for assembly & reached a live person immediately who was able to assist me. The rest of the assemble was very easy. I highly recommend this chair.

I've been using the chair for a few weeks now and so far I'm happy with it. Its a great value its comfortable and serves the purpose I bought it for. My only concern is that I hope the bottom cushion stays supportive over time.
