Comfortable simple and appears to be good quality for around $70. The assembly is easy and the parts are clearly identified. Hex-head wrench is provided. The product warranty is 7 years on all defective parts (non-moving metal parts). The parts include the 'fabric frame pneumatic cylinder and all other parts'. Keep your receipt and call product support at 800-270-9557 to claim. I used to install deliver and service commercial office furniture and personally used the best office chairs over the years (Herman Miller Knoll HON Steelcase OFS). For a light-duty and low cost home office chair this is a great choice. However I do not think this chair is good for gamers heavy-weight people extended periods of use young children or abuse.

Can't beat the price. My tailbone was killing me from sitting on a RH desk stool that was not meant to be used for several months of working from home. This is the perfect replacement until I can get back on the road or to the office. Arrived within 48 hours was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough to last a while. Definitely recommend!
