So far the chair is quite comfortable. It was relatively easy to put together.

Easy to setup. Comfortable. And I suspect it will last longer than a fake leather chair will which this replaces.

The staff at the Hyde Park store was very helpful. The chair was not in stock at the store but the associate helped me to get overnight delivery from an on-line order. The chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable at a reasonable price.

Good value easy to assemble. Had to replace the casters which are designed for carpet. They will mar your wood floors unless replaced by appropriate wheels. Support was very helpful.

We were buying an inexpensive chair for a conference room that would not get used much. So they are GREAT for the money. I was not expecting them to come in a million pieces. It took some VALUABLE time to assemble 8 chairs. I was hoping to put the top on the base and pop in the casters. But all in all they look great and are going to be good for our purpose.
