I had this chair from Staples for 15 years. I moved out of stste and couldn't take it with me. As soon as I got to my new apartment I ordered a new one. For me it is very comfortable and has a nice profile for my needs. I am a senior and don't need a huge chair with lots of gadgets.

I wish I'd been able to go to the closest Staples (about 120 miles away or so) and try this out first. The seat is a little small and there's just the slightest tilt toward the front so I feel like I'm in danger of sliding off all day. It's too bad the tilt function can't lock while you rock back a bit... that would probably take care of that. Also the seat cushion gets a bit flat by mid-afternoon so the chair begins to feel just about as hard as my old worn out chair has become. It was pretty easy to put together although my 60 year old hands did have a little challenge getting the casters clicked into place.
