The chair "hydraulics" don't seem to be working correctly as it won't stay at the same level all the time.

This company has taken the engineering and thought process for RTA furniture to a new place! Easy to assemble. Quick. And the chair is very nice BTW.

It’s great and comfortable. Takes a bit of time to install but it’s doable I wouldn’t recommend charging $15 extra to assemble the chair for clients.
