Possibly the best instruction and parts packaging I've ever seen. Easy to understand and each step has a separate clearly labeled parts pouch- no guessing which bolt is for which step step. Assembly was quick and painless. Chair is comfortable enough that I bought a second unit for another person in my household. Would buy again.

I purchased this chair in October and it broke in March. Nothing I can do about it now.

Only thing I wish is handles could lower a little. The rest is comfy affordable and I am using it everyday.

My chair was delivered quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. It is just what I wanted. The seat is a "little" firm but I do prefer a firmer seat. The back is comfortable and I have been able to adjust it to my body. It was on sale and a great deal.
