Very upset - received no instructions nor receipt. Adjustment is difficult on height ane I do not know how to adjust back - I am always sliding forward and afraid of slipping

Attractive & comfortable. The wheels resist each other a bit when I have to move but WD40 might stop that. Had to Return one (1) chair of the two (2) to Staples because the back was crooked. Turned out most of the bolts needed tightening & the guy at checkout corrected it. Looks great! Thank You Staples!! M-3/29/2021

Easy assembly & perfect for teen girl's white desk - she loved the white color that didn't make it so much like an office in her bedroom with her study desk.

Comfortable and easy to assemble. Hardest part was putting on the castors.

I love the Union & Scale Essentials Mesh Back Task Chair. I sit at my computer all day and was having back problems. This chair gives me the back support that I really needed.

The desk chair I purchased some months ago made a startling "snap" or "crack" sound whenever I leaned back or to the side. I contacted the compnay about it and when it appeared that a replacement part wouldn't be available for a couple of months they sent me a new chair with no requirment to send the orignal back. Their response was almost as startling as the noise the original chair made.
