For the price I was really pleasantly surprised by this chair it's comfortable and seems sturdy. The wheel's don't lock but that hasn't been a big deal.

I was apprehensive about ordering this chair without trying it out first. I have minor issues with my back and was looking for a more comfortable chair than what I had. This chair is very comfortable. I am glad I bought it. I recommend it.

The chair was very easy to assemble-color coded screws were brilliant-and I have trouble assembling furniture from a well-known furniture store! It works well although the tension knob is hard to turn for me but this may have to do with assembler error. Overall I highly recommend the purchase!

The chair looks fine but the bottom has very little cushion and is very uncomfortable. No way to sit in this chair for 8 hour work day without special cushion.
