The only drawback I have with this chair is that I want to sit straighter and although it is much better than previous chairs I can not adjust the back support just a tiny bit further forward. Other than that the design and quality seem very good for me.

We are very pleased with the chair and love the blue wrist pad too. Had excellent service. We are seniors and wanted a chair already assembled. This one was and employee (perhaps it was the manager) put it and our shopping in the car for us. Looking forward to having a Staples closer to us!
