The previous chair was padded with fake leather which cracked ...was uncomfortable and unsightly. The new chair is pretty and comfortable. It has better back support than my previous chair the seat and armrests are comfortable.

This is a good buy for the price. It had a few scuffs but nothing noticeable.

Was easy to put together and very comfortable. Handles are difficult when desks have drop down keyboard shelf but it works.
