Very disappointing. I weigh 138 pounds and when I sit on this chair I sink right through the foam to the bottom and feel the backing plate beneath the foam. This is a bad product right from the start. Not what I expect from Staples.

Easy to put together and very comfortable. I have a small desk and didn’t want a humongous chair. It’s perfect

This chair is the right balance of comfort & utility with the ability to raise or lower the seat. It’s just great for the conference table (4) & the receptionist!
