It's a basic office chair for short term use. It's not an overly comfortable chair Sitting in this chair all day is tiring. It leans slightly forward to qualify as back support but I find that uncomfortable. The arm height is fixed. You can only control up and down for the seat. For the money I guess you can't expect more. I'll use it at a low volume station while continuing to look for a good value in an office chair with a better design that will be comfortable all day long.

This chair is exactly what I needed to be comfortable at my desk. I also appreciated the folks at Staples putting it together for me and taking it out to my car!

Very confusing packaging. Ended up with the wrong color chair but couldn’t tell that till we got home. Too much trouble to return it so stuck with the wrong thing.

Nice desk chair for my short wife. Most of the office chairs are too tall to suit my wife. This chair lets her keep her feet on he floor. It is very comfortable assembles easily. If it is durable then it was a fabulous purchase.

I love the teal color. Even more I love how comfortable this chair is! I'd been using an old hard back chair that was completely rigid. This chair is adjustable comfortable and even attractive. Not sure how durable it will be at this price point but so far I think I'll get my money's worth out of it. Certainly improved my comfort and productivity!

I have the back support I was missing from my previous chair. Easy to assemble and for the price extremely happy with this chair. Would recommend in a heart beat.
