Facts.. 1. Chair is not Leather- But comfortable. 2. I assemble it in 20 min if you are not at all mechanical it might take a few minutes longer. 3. Good value for the money 100.00 cheaper than some others I looked at in stores. 4. I weigh 300lbs and it seems to have no problem handling it. The rating was 275lbs. 5. With care and proper use will last for years of use.
