Bought it as a gift for my dad as his old chair had lost it's padding. Sat on several chairs at my local Staples and this one stood out as far as comfort. Was packed well parts all there and assembly was simple and took about 20min with the included hex wrench. Looks solid particularly the arms. Didn't measure it but it might be slightly wider than comparable chairs.
