Broke within a year

Bought this chair in Mar 2021 it broke within a year. And by broke I mean that the back of the chair literally pushed back and off of the frame for the seat thus rendering the chair utterly useless. I have bought 3 different chairs from Staples over the past 5 years and every. single. one. of them breaks within 2 years.

Decent product but good for long sitting time

The chair is pretty decent if you can tolerate it for more than an hour. The back is well padded but I guess it will take time for it to soften up so that you can sink into it. The chair doesn't drop down as far as I would like it so it bangs up against a low computer desk.

Bought this chair and it came the next day. Hardware was separated into packets for each step (great convenience). The only issue was assembling the back to the arms. Do it EXACTLY as the picture shows and it will be fine. It’s not the easiest working angle but everything worked out. Working from home I’m in this chair all day and no back aches. Highly recommended.
