I will start with the delivery. I had this delivered to my office which is in a secure facility. I believe the deliveryman’s name was Chris. He called when he was nearby and I gave him instructions on how to summon me when he got to the front desk which he did. He was kind enough to use the dolly and deliver the chair all the way to my third floor office. He was very polite professional and friendly. The chair was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. I really enjoyed the sale Staples was having with $70 off.
