Bought two of these chairs for our office. They are very comfortable although slightly large for our office space. Assembly was fairly straight forward. One arm rest had a broken attachment holding on the leather arm. I contacted Customer Support and they immediately shipped out a replacement. Great service. Overall a very nice chair for the price.

I am trying to enjoy this chair the height that the chair goes up the comfort of the elbow on the chair and the comfort of the Head rest however when I set the chair height it slowly goes down. I have to continue to raise it up. That is the only thing that I don't like.
