I have purchased 2 chairs and love them. It offers great padding and support. My son uses it for gaming but I wfh and it’s better than the other chairs I’ve purchased. The only downfall is that one of the chairs doesn’t stay elevated. Sometimes when you sit down in it it’ll go down a little bit. We are both under the weight capacity but overall good chair for the price. It also doesn’t have a lean lock but for work it’s no big deal. For my son it was.

Comfortable but noisy

Chair was very comfortable but made a lot of noise. The leather would rub together and make noise. Also the mechanism on the on the bottom would make noise when moving around. Was able to remove some of it by spaying with some lubricant but still made too much. Ended up returning it.

The first chair arrived with a defective base bracket and I was fortunate to receive a replacement chair before o returned it because the second one had a defective arm bracket. I pieced together one good chair from the two Boxes and returned the defective parts. I’ve had the chair for only a few weeks and I can feel that the padding is already showing signs that it will not last on the arms. It wobbles more than you would expect even after retightening everything. I don’t expect it to last long
