As I assembled the chair the right arm where you place your hand was popped up a 1/2 inch. It would not stay down in the correct position. I worked on it so it would remain in the correct position. It’s still about an 1/6th of an inch sticking up and makes a sound when pressed down firmly. At some point I will have to report this in order to get an replacement.

Love the chair. Had some difficulty getting the screws to line up with the holes when putting the arms on. Holes were crooked. Once it was together the chair was wonderful. Very comfortable.
